I ordered this case for my mother and upon opening the inner hard case, two of the snaps broke. It certainly doesn't reflect well on the hardiness of the rest of the case if we can't even put the phone in it without breaking the case. Very underwhelmed.

This this looks and feels as sturdy as an otterbox defender series. only snag is it doesn't agree with my screen protector that I had previously installed practically perfectly centered. I ordered the real otter box defender case and a new screen protector anyways. It's still a good case if you wanna play around with a screen cover to fit right but I'm not giving that kind of patience. Only other snag I found was the belt holster wasn't as snug holding the phone as I wanted. But I fixed that by applying some heat to the hook that hold the whole in holster and carefully bent it inwards and now its snugUPDATE: upon the delivery of the otterbox case, I had the same issue with the tempered glass screen protector. So what I did was I took a razor blade and carefully shaved the inside of the case that surrounds the phone screen. (Phone was not in the case of course) and that did the trick. I did it with this case as well and it had the same results. And in comparison this case was a little harder to disassemble. but I take that as a good thing. Inside and out the cases are identical in material and looks minus the otter box having it's big fancy name on it. So if you're interested, just get this case and save yourself that money.

Works fine. Only problem is no directions on how to put phone into case. Took awhile to figure it out. Also case does not fit snug in cradle.

I might've gotten one from the bad bunch but I expected to be more useful than it is to me. I got a case like this not too long ago for my Z Force 2 (Motorola) and I had no issues. This one, it took me forever to figure out I had to take everything apart, just to get the phone in the case. And I had trouble with that too because it didn't even seem to fit, to the point where my temper glass screen (that I got separate came off. Not only that, but the holder doesn't seem big enough for the cushioned case. I walk a lot a work and it seems every two steps I take, the phone slips out and drops on the floor. I might have to just pay the price and get an otterbox because this is not working for me.

I thought what I was buying was the OtterBox 'Defender' series case for my Galaxy A50, it was not. Do not be fooled as I was. However the case itself is strong, lightweight, and durable for what it is. Ive dropped my phone several times out of my work truck onto the pavement and have yet to see a crack on the screen. The beltclip that comes with the phone case on the other hand, is not so durable; Breaking on me within almost the first week.

I like the protection. Quality is clearly not as good as the Otter Box, but the price is way more reasonable.Too bad the screen protector is not included which is just about the most sensitive part on any phone.

This case is extremely durable. Which is its job. My only complaint is that when you have a screen protector on, if it's not set perfectly, the case will lift it or even crack the screen protector like it did my husband's. We had an extra so it wasn't a big deal. But just a warning.

The price is a fraction of the Otter box, I can let you know in a year how it lasts in comparison. The colors aren't the best, the red is a little pink. The burgundy is purple. It seems sturdy enough.
