This product is not really honey powder. The ingredients are CANE SYRUP and honey. There is more cane syrup than honey. Consequently it really does not taste like honey. The description did not include the ingredients or a picture of that part of the product label. Love this honey powder. A friend introduced me to this product 4 years ago and I use this to sweeten my teas in the winter and strawberries in the summer. I hate dealing with the sticky honey bottles that you have to squeeze so hard to get out. This is great substitute for sugar and I don't bake with it so I have no idea how it does, but when it is mixed with water, it melts easily so I would assume it would be good with anything that you want to sweeten.

I love this powder and I use it primarily in my coffee. 1/2 teaspoon per cup leaves my cup of Joe just right....

Waste of time and money. If I could give it zero stars I would. This does not mix well with cold water which was the purpose of buying this...so I could use it to make ice tea. And not only that but first ingredient is cane syrup, yuck, taste horrible.
