Fantastic...really wish I would've found these sooner in my yogurt making journey!
These bags are exactly what I was hoping they would be...convenient, easy to clean, and fantastic strainers! I do half gallon of greek yogurt at a time, but these can hold a gallon, so I think I will do that as soon as I get more storage containers for my yogurt. They strain very well, they are adjustable to your straining device, and they are easy to clean! I hand wash mine with warm water and a tiny bit of Dawn dish soap, so I can't speak to washing it in a Machine, but I feel like that would be unnecessary. These are much more convenient and cheaper than cheesecloth, since they wouldn't have to be replaced nearly as often as cheesecloth. I am very happy with them, and would definitely buy them again, should the need arise.

Bye Bye coffee filters
The strainer bag worked perfectly!First, look at the photos showing how I would line my metal strainer with coffee filters before adding the yogurt. It was sloppy, difficult to position, and they usually curled over at the edges. It was a bit messy to get all of the yogurt out of the strainer and off the filters when finished straining. The pouch bag easily slipped over the metal strainer, tightened, and stayed in position when I added my 3 qts of yogurt. Removing the yogurt from the bag to the container was no effort. Bags were easy to clean too.Annoyed trying to remove liquid from frozen spinach? The strainer bag was magic! Put the spinach in, then gently squeeze the bag until liquid stops pouring out. A nice clump of spinach remains.I plan to using this bag the next time I strain mash when making beer.Do yourself a favor and buy these bags.

Easier to deal with than cheese cloth.
I'm still not sure if you're supposed to clean cheesecloth after use, and if so, how. With these, I definitely know they can be washed and it's easy to do so. I also feel better about re-using them because they seem to clean way better than the cheesecloth.

Nice and large to securely go around my colander
The media could not be loaded. Perfect yogurt strainer. Good, fine mesh to only let liquid whey thru. Large enough to fold over my colander so straining yogurt is a breeze. I'm able to get thick yogurt because it strains so well.Good purchase! Would recommend!

Good for straining yogurt, but dimensions not quite right.
I bought this to strain Skyr yogurt. The straining part works great. From a 1/2 gallon skim mild, I got over a quart of whey. The yogurt slides right out after straining, and the bag is easy to clean. However, I was led to believe that the bag would fit over a strainer. However either the strainer is too big for it to go around, or the bag is too deep and folds over on itself at the bottom. I ended up just closing the bag and sitting it in the strainer. Worked fine.

Perfect
I make yogurt every week and was tired of using several layers of cheesecloth to strain it to make Greek style. I originally bought nut milk bags, but the shape made them awkward to use. When I saw these, I was reluctant to try again. My concern was unwarranted. These worked perfectly. Wide enough to cover the edge of my sieve, fine meshed to allow the yogurt to strain evenly. Very durable, easy to clean, reusable, and fold flat for easy storage. The maker was even wise enough to remind the user to keep the inside out for easy clean up!

durability
I have an old fashion veggy strainer and wanted a reusable bag with a diameter large enough to circle it. This came with an adjustable and lockable cord to secure around the top as a pleasant surprise bonus. I make yogurt, soft cheeses, wines, fruit juice, decoctions, tinctures, apple cider vinegar, lots of stuff that needs filtration. It also works well in my mini apple cider press with my less-then full container pressing needs. I will buy more because I never have just one project underway. Very durable. cost effective. clean easily. I plan to test heat resistance capability by heat filtering pine pitch with one of these bags. will update results.

Very useful for straining yogurt, very easy to store
I have a Eurocuisine and two Hatrigo half-gallon yogurt strainers; they do the job well (of turning yogurt into Greek, thick yogurt), but are very bulky to store. I was looking for a smaller one when I came across these bags, also from Hatrigo. They are _excellent_ - as good or better than the rigid strainers (I put them in a wide-mouth mason jar, or over a strainer or deep bowl) and much much easier to store. Also easier to clean - less scrubbing and much less difficulty getting into the corners. These actually drain faster than the rigid strainers; I was draining overnight to get the thickness I wanted, but with these overnight draining makes cream cheese (labne, technically). I drain for less than half the time to get the thickness I want, but it's only the whey that gets through the mesh; the yogurt solids stay as well or better than with the rigid ones. A great improvement.
