UBOXES 5 Mirror & Picture Boxes for pictures up to 30"x40"

Moved across country using these boxes and shipped in a semi. NOTHING broke in these boxes! I paid full price, as of the time of my order, as listed on Amazon. Nice boxes. Fairly easy to assemble

they work but expensive!

These boxes are extremely cool. You can use 1 set to enclose a smaller mirror/picture, or 2 to get an EXACT, snug fit on a larger one. The mirror I just wrapped is an odd shaped, vintage, expensive mirror with details I didn’t want chipped or broken. I LOVED that I could use 2 sets to get the PERFECT sized box that I otherwise could not buy. The mirror is not loose in there whatsoever. My mirror is really, really heavy, and the extra thickness of the cardboard is very helpful. The whole package feels really thick and sturdy. It’s awesome. I have some peace of mind with my upcoming move. I don’t think some of the other reviewers understood the value of being able to customize the sizes by using an extra set, or that it was intended this way. So I thought I’d leave a review to help out other people looking at these. They’re great!

Worked well for their purpose

Description is incorrect.! They will not pack a 35x24 inch mirror. Comes up 5x 24 inches short. Watched video. Put 2 boxes together. Will have to create a new pc to add to box. ACTUAL inner packing dimensions are 32x 22x4. First order was never received. Replacement order is going back.

These boxes do work but only if you understand you will have to shape them like a puzzle piece around your mirror or picture. I had two 30” diameter round mirrors and a larger rectanglular painting by a dear friend to pack. All three items required THREE of the half boxes that came in the pack. If I hadn’t come to the comments to see what others did, I would have given up in frustration. The video provided in the UBOX description was INADEQUATE and made you believe you should be able to pack your mirror in two of those half boxes. I’m sure it will be stable and sturdy for my upcoming interstate move but the frustration of wrangling the boxes and going thru a whole roll of tape as a result was NOT worth it.

I bought these boxes for a local move and could not have been happier. The flexible design met my needs, allowing me to pack thicker items and narrower items. Boxes held up like new (though admittedly treated them delicately given its contents). The one limitation I didn't quite figure out is if you don't match the 2 pieces corner to corner, it leaves an opening and contents exposed. I used packing paper and tape to seal the hole but wasn't sure if that was the best way to do things.
