Natural remedy - little support for your nervous system regulation
Motherwort is in general very simple and effective herb. Helps and fees your nervous system, promotes better sleep. In combination with magnesium 1-2 hours before bed makes a great natural sedative: body tension, cramps, wondering mind relaxes. But really it is not of a menopause solution .

Could feel a difference after the first time taking it. It really is calming. There’s so many benefits to motherwort, even if you don’t have hyperthyroidism like myself I recommend taking it. It’s great for regulating and lightening your periods, great for the heart, great for the stomach, great for depression and anxiety among other great benefits. This brand is authentic and I’ll be purchasing more when I run out.

Amazing!
When my doctor started me on hyperthyroid meds, my heart went berserk, and I had multiple flutters daily. I was very anxious and my doctor said she could start me on beta-blockers. Nope! I decided to do research and found that motherwort helps with heart spasms associated with hyperthyroidism. After taking the first dosage, within 30 minutes my heart palpitations significantly decreased. I only took for about a week and noticed a dramatic difference. Good stuff! Very thankful!

Treating Hyperthyroid naturally
Diagnosed recently with hyperthyroid/Graves, so instead of killing my thyroid I want to save my thyroid. Taking this Bugleweed and Lemon Balm to lessen the symptoms of hyperthyroid while at the same time, identifying triggers like dairy, soy, gluten. Eating whole fruits and veg, no more coffee. I noticed a difference in a slowing of my heart rate after adding the Motherwort.

I have been using this for awhile in Asia but never thought it would available in the US. Motherwort is one of the herb to induce menstruation and helps with blood flows.
