Inappropriate packaging, arrived damaged
There is nothing wrong with the design of this product, but shipping a painted wooden object in an envelope is inappropriate. The item arrived with multiple scuffs and scratches and now a replacement won't arrive soon enough. Packaging should be appropriate to the product being shipped.

Exactly as described and a great accent above my thermostat in the entryway of my home. The construction is solid, the finish well done, and sized as described. Very happy with this purchase.
