I am not so sure what to rate this item, because I'm still having trouble figuring out how to play my movies. HELP APPRECIATED!!!

So I use this to burn cds and to create family dvds. And this really works. I'm actually more shocked than surprise. But at the same. I am very happy with this product

It doesn't play Dvd's like it says it does. It will only read and allow Music cd's to play. Anytime i go to put a dvd in it wont and can't find the disk on the computer or the drive itself. But it will start playing a Cd if i put one in there.

My HP Envy laptop does not have an internal cd/dvd drive. It makes downloading software from a disc so much easier

it works great with my hp lap top

This would not connect to my laptop unfortunately. I was very disappointed but could have been on my laptops end not the device itself which was constructed well!
