Does this work with the biggie beads?

Certainly not. This pen is designed specifically for the regular sized Perler Beads. There isn't a pen for the bigger ones. But why would you need one? Those bigger beads can easily by placed by hand.

Will it work for mini perler beads instead of just the regular size beads?

Unfortunately no it will not with with the mini beads.

Will this work for the diamond painting beads also

Unfortunately, no. It's not built for beads like diamond beads.
