Need some improvement
-Sound is good but not that much in such price range.-Mic is not good performer, you have put you mouth very close make sound.I am not sure about battry backup experience and even Aisen didn't mentioned that.-Customer support are not knowledgeable, I tried to call to get battry backup performance, they are not sure on this.

Not gd product to buy
This product is simply a bluetooth speakee box bigger in size. Microphone and music mixer not working at all. Microphone receiver is worst u cant sing with this.. Not at all good product to recommend

Packaging is very Bad
Product is good but the packaging is not good I have received the item is damaged remote was totally broken into 8 pieces and the lower part sound system is also cracked , which is out of expection from Amazon....
