Great product

These Ashwaganda capsules have been very helpful for my overall anxiety. It was not a quick fix. But after about 2 weeks of taking every night, I had noticed a calmer feeling during the day. And now, after about 8 weeks, my anxiety is much less. Plus, I like the added benefits of better sleep by taking them every night about 30 minutes before heading to bed.

Definitely helps reduce stress! Does not make you feel drowsy or lethargic. You just realize that the stress isn’t taking its toll on you!
