Love it. Helps with pain. Has an inner gripper gel on the top and bottom which is slightly sticky that prevents roll down. The inner ring isn’t too firm that it is uncomfortable to wear (I have tried on 4 supports at this point). The side supports move easily with the sleeve. Most importantly I went from limping to walking after several tendon strains and meniscal tear after a swift turn/fall. Bad stuff is minor: it doesn’t sit perfect on my knee cap (my cap is too big?) and it bunches behind the knee and I have to adjust it down sometimes. I got a 3 x and that should have been tight for me as I have big legs, but it ended up being perfect size, so size may be a tad bigger than expected. I was happy it could accommodate my thigh size without giving up support at the knee. Bravo. Best so far! I hope it holds up. There is no Velcro, you fold the thigh part over and slide it on then unfold the thigh part upwards so the gripper doesn’t grip before ya need it to, it just slips on. I do not know how it would do for those with leg hair.Update: If I could give it more stars I would. Each time my cartilage tissue pops/grinds and swells up I use this for a week and it calms down. No one is the wiser that I’m wearing it and I can walk normally. This will help me avoid/delay surgery. I give it all the stars!

Woah, instant support and relief the minute i put it on! It is heavy so it's warm but I will take that over slipping and something too tight and rolling down. We will see with time how it reacts to substantial use. Medium fits pretty true to size I think. I'm glad I read all of the reviews before I made the purchase.. this really helped with this product. Likely I'll buy it again because I'll probably need it again. It brings a bit more confidence in my movements.

Comfortable to wear - provided good support

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have recently torn my meniscus and after 3 weeks of crutches I desperately needed some relief. This brace is a life saver! I was finally able to take steps without pain, and did not have any pain after walking/removing the brace. I had to order another one because the initial one I ordered was too small, but that was on me. Definitely recommend.

Fits great, looks cool... but for the price, I expected 2... I bought some compression knee braces recently and they fit and feel fantastic but I liked the gel pad option around the knee on this one. I figured since I paid less than $25 for my other set, this being double the price, I would at least get 2 since afterall I have 2 knees. So opening up the box only to find a single brace was a bit of a surprise. $50 seems a bit pricy for a single brace.The side bars are pretty flexible which seems counterproductive. I would assume the side bars were there to prevent your leg bending left or right while still maintaining the flexibility to move forward / backwards. I can't tell that they do much in terms of protecting my knee or maintaining any real sense of stability.... it almost seems to be an aesthetic choice made to look beneficial. I will keep it but I really wish I would have just opted for the Old Bones knee braces because I ruined my knees skateboarding and those seem to be made for my type of old bones. I wish the gel bad around the knee were thicker because if kneel down on my knees, the gel pad isn't tall enough to coushin my knee...I would rate this 3.5 if I could. It seems to work OK but I feel like it is way overpriced for what I got. I prefer the Modvel compression sleeves that I recently got that are half the price and I received 2. I will test this one soon when we go on our next big hike and update my reivew accordingly.

Yall don't do what I did. I felt like the three little bears not measuring correctly for the right fit. The first brace I bought was too small (medium). Ordered another one. The second brace I bought was too big (xlarge). Finally ordered another one and it was just right (large). Great fit and it feels good. Comfortable and it doesn't slide too much.

This is a very nice comfortable knee brace that helps me a lot. I been using them in and out of the water. I keep my water ones separate. I play water Volleyball with them and they are excellent. They also have great customer service if you every need them. I do highly recommend this brace.

This Neenca ace50 compression sleeve works well and stays in place while walking/sitting. It is very well made and the material does not bunch up after all day use. My thigh/knee area is still s little swollen from surgery, so my measurement was right near the XL size limit,but stayed with the XL instead of going to XXL and it fits perfectly,with allowance for size change when swelling goes down. Can't speak about the other models made,but this one is highly recommended!
