Nice thick foam pad. Helps with sore parts that are typically laying/touching on the floor.

This cushion is very comfortable to sit on. I use it for short periods of time to get a better and more comfortable angle in some of my floor stretches. One time I sat on it during a TV show. It did create some more permanent wrinkles, so I don't use it for that anymore. The height is really nice!Firm yet soft = gentle on the body. Perfect for me.

I am in search of a 2” rigid cushion to sit on, while I practice yoga. But this item was a bit too soft, I was hoping for the firmness of a yoga block.

It's got just the right amount of firmness for me to do the PT exercises I need to strengthen the ankle muscles and tendons. Feels well built. Now just gotta make sure I don't leave it out for the dog to decide otherwise!
