Worked well, didn't need drivers on MacOS
I needed a genuine FTDI serial port to help unbrick my router through its hidden console interface (sigh, long story). This did the trick. The nice things about it are that it has switchable voltage (5v/3.3v), has the USB-A port built in, so I don't have to find a USB cable, and has the female-female jumper cables included so that I don't have to go track those down either. Worked like a charm the first time.No drivers needed on my Mac. Read as a genuine FTDI chipset. A happy camper and happy to pay the dollar or two premium to get the features and fast shipping that I wanted.

Appears exactly like pictured and works great
This FTDI interface solved the problems I was having using a different rs-232 interface. Looks well made.
