I didn't like the powdered solution for calibration and I felt the whole thing wasn't well made. I had an easy time using the APERA AI209. I ended up throwing this one away.

have been using this in my greenhouse for 2 months now, so far very accurate and fast. make sure you have distilled water handy to rinse probe often

It arrived, missing one of the calibration packets. It turns if you just simply think about; which, has drained the batteries already. (I’ve had it a week) I’ll be returning this product.

I have purchased 5 of these in the last 6 months. They suck but there are not any good obes that I canafford at the present time. If you have a choice, choose something else. The last one did not work at all. They say to contact them immediately if there is a problem but there is no contact information given. Go figure.

Just received my replacement after sending the original back because it was missing the 9.18 calibration packet. Guess what? The replacement is missing the 9.18 calibration packet. I use to work in a Lab using high end pH meters, so I know the importance of 3 to 5 point calibration. Anyhow, giving it 1 star for substandard quality control.

I like the price, it's simple and effective.
