Excellent quality struts, definitely top 5 I’ve ever used!
Right out the box I could tell these are much higher quality than most. I bought 2 sets of trunk struts for my Lexus GS350 from 2 different companies just to see the difference in price and quality. The larger diameter of these shocks gave me the reassurance I needed. The cheaper ones felt lighter and had a thinner piston design. I bought another set for my other car as well, tough struts and just one held my trunk open while both my old ones couldn’t!

Stronger than the original lexus lifts.
Lift is definitely stronger than the originals that were 8 years old. It doesn't lift the trunk up by itself in my case. I'm not sure it's supposed to, either. it was a little tricky getting the new ones on, but overall pleased. I probably could have waited another few years before replacing them however.
