This is a budget option that works. I have found som other cheap options where the threads did not go far enough on the screw making it impossible to tighten. These are fine.

The jaws require one full turn to open or close.I hope this will be compatible with arca swiss equipment.

I had to fumble slightly to understand how this ARCA adapter fits on the 200-PL14 plate with this tripod head. The Fotasy clamp fits on top of the plate in any of the four positions, so the tightening knob can be on whatever side the user wants it to be in the final assembly.I installed a camera with a 600mm lens on it, and it feels sturdy.

There are any number of items similar, and I am sure they all work just as well. This one is nice though, and well worth the money. It seems well made, anodized aluminum body and rubberized turn nob. The levels are far more useful than I figured they would be. I put it on all my tripods for hunting and making videos and the levels really helps with consistent picture and panning of camera gear, so you don't have to adjust the pitch or yaw of your spotter or camera.

Just do it. If you do any mobile shooting with your camera these area must. Saves and immense amount of time.

I needed an affordable way to mount my Milwaukee laser level quickly. The plate mounted with no issues on the laser level and the clamp mounted to my RRS ball head with no issues. The combination worked well. I will buy a few more plates for my other equipment.
