great product attractively boxed
This blend door actuator is for a 2015 Impala LTZ and having the incessant clicking stop after installing the new one is a relief. This part came in a nice box encased in foam as if it was jewelry quality. I thought the bad actuator was the one just under the glove box, but no, it was way back under the dash, which was way beyond my ability to reach, so my mechanic wound up doing the job. So yes, it was hard to install, but it was GMC's fault, not the part, which is quietly doing its job.

I have a skeptical because of the cost
I am very pleased with this product despite how inexpensive it is it does its job as well as the original parts and I am very happy with the results

This is higher quality than may appear. Much sturdier material than what was in my car. Worked right away

Great
This Heater Blend Door Actuator is perfect. Don't worry about the part number as much as the appearance. the one I ordered had a different part number... But, In the picture it showed the sticker / bar code and "that" number matched. I believe, any of the late model Impala Actuator will work... Also. At first it seems to be "hard to replace"... But, it is actually easier than changing Head-light... You carefully pull down the Glove Box door - slide your phone to the opposite side (for light) and the Actuator is right there (one on the Left & one on the Right - the other one under the dash, by the steering-column - remove lower panel). use a 5.5 socket and short extension (you should put something "sticky" on the socket, so it holds the screw from falling - I used tape... do the same thing when you put the new one in) If you have a small "thumb-drive" (1/4in ratchet wheel) use that or a regular 1/4in ratchet - You can see both screws, take you time, they break-lose easy and after a few turns use your fingers instead of the ratchet. Unclip the connector. The "Shaft" may be out of alignment for the new actuator. Just turn the "Shaft" with your fingers to the left (it won't turn right) You can also, just barely put the actuator on - don't put it back and turn the shaft until the holes align (that what I did), then push it in tight, it will seat on the guide Pin. With your screw lightly taped to the socket, use one finger to find the hole (everybody has done that before), once you feel the hole, guide the screw in the hole and gently start screwing, then with your fingers go fast, you'll know when it's finished, and a few hard turns will finish it. After both screws are in & tight, reconnect the wire, clip - gently close the glove box door and you're done. I heard you have to recalibrate it ? I turned the key on ad left it for a few minutes then started the car and everything worked fine. Even the first time, it shouldn't take more than 30 minutes - I could do it now in 10 minutes... (I did Auto Collison Repair for 30 + years -- but nothing like this)And - Amazon is "Cheaper" than Rock-Auto & Others, "It's the same part", "You get them faster" and shipping is cheaper or free & the website is much easier to use... Rock-Auto makes it almost impossible to cancel and order or return and item. They do not want it back...

Works so far!
I’ve had to replace this part before on my 2013 Chevy Impala. I had a spare actuator on hand for when one of the three failed. When that day came, I thought I was ready. The spare actuator I had purchased was actually faulty itself.I spent a few more dollars on this brand and it works flawlessly so far. Happy with it.

No more clicking when the car is shut off.
Fixed the loud clunky clicking noise that happened every time the Car was turned off or HVAC was switched. Which was driving my old lady nuts for months. Now even though it took me twenty minutes to swap out. I surley wouldn't tell my old lady that, since she figured it was a big job and that was why I kept putting off and hadn't done it untill now. But what can you do. Shes still got her sanity and the Cars not a mad house any more.

Better than most other deals
Needed only one, but got when I found this deal of 2 for less than the cost of one elsewhere, I thought I would give it a shot. It fit, it worked, and now I have an extra spare. This fit as a blend actuator for a 2008 Chevrolet Impala LTZ.
