Love the content, so much more than procedure. Great read and insight, easy to learn.

These two authors have done such a great job and have clearly put in a lot of effort to present a very professional book on ear candling. It is a shame that they have not done real research and discovered that the Hopi tribe had nothing to do with ear candling and that Biosun was merely using the name 'Hopi' to sell a product (in complete violation of The Hopi Tribes request). A simple google search would have revealed this. As well, their depiction of the prayer sticks as Hopi Ear Candles is very disrespectful of the Hopi traditions. What a shame.It is also interesting to note that the authors only seem to promote European ear candles and ignoring the history of the USA or the manufacturers in the USA. The authors used a picture of a USA manufacturer and did not give them credit. This is especially important since the FDA has banned all imports of ear candles into the USA. It would have been nice to see information that pertains to the states, especially since the authors are selling their book into the USA. Since the book is about Ear Candling, it should be inclusive of everyone and not just the European aspect.Ear Candles are amazing and everyone should use them to relax and aid in their own personal healing quest. The authors should avoid misrepresenting the Hopi tribe it makes for a distrustful reader. The authors did a fantastic job overall, it is a shame it is discounted by false representations.

A must read for homeopathic practitioners and spa professionals

Probably my fault. I thought I was ordering ear candles, NOT A EFFING BOOK!!!! So, yeah, I own this book :/ Could have sent back, but was lazy.

I thought I was buying the actual ear candles. I threw the book away as soon as I opened the package.

I thought it was no actual candles but this is just a book yeah. It's informational it's not what I was looking for

It is informative. It is not designed for entertainment but does it's job of informing the reader.

Another excellent book by these authors. It covers everything you need to know about ear candling. I particularly liked the Anatomy and Physiology section which is thorough with clear pictures and diagrams. I would recommend this book to anyone with an interest in either giving or receiving this gentle therapy.

I was actually very disappointed with this book. For any therapists about to invest in this book if you have completed a Level 3 VTCT NVQ in Beauty don’t spend your money on this book as during the anatomy and physiology training at College you will have covered all of the details within this book. The book does not answer the question where the wax comes from. Is the wax drawn from within the ear or is the white powder already inside the ear candle when heated up melted creating an ear wax effect within the candle. The book does not go into detail. Doctors and medics do not believe the wax comes from within the ear.I would like to have seen the book going into more detail.

As I had to purchase a copy from Amazon for one of my students I had this request to rate it - I'm one of the authors so naturally I would give my book 5 stars!

Unfortunately the pages in this book were printed back to front, meaning that page 1 was the last page in the book. Also some of the pages had been misprinted and text was missing with huge margins. Quite difficult to read this way.What I did read before I sent it back seemed interesting and what I was looking for in terms of case studies and anatomy etc. Will purchase again and see if it is printed properly. Would have probably given it 4 stars had the pages been in their proper place and printed properly.
