Napoleon TravelQ PRO285E Portable Electric Grill, Black, Tailgating, Camping, and Small Outdoor Spaces

This is my 3rd try. First $100, was missing parts and seemed cheap. Second, $200 loved it but was a Smoker bbq. Meaning not a bbq could only smoke. I have a Smoker and thought you could bbq w/o smoking. Wrong. Today got me Napoleon electric bbq. BINGO, it’s beautiful, compact, efficient, heats to 600, is electric and perfect. Bbq #2 was electric but you had to use briquettes. NOPE I’m hoping this will meet apt standards. If not we will carry out and bbq in the same place as the smoker.

Great grill for those who can have open flames or just want something easy to start up.

This is a really good quality grill but you should not expect so much from of it since it is an electric one. Unfortunately it doesn’t compare to any gas grills

Been struggling with this electric BBQ for a while now. No matter how high I initially have the heat and keep the lid closed - the BBQ will not get past 350. Materials are quality but now it's just sitting on my deck like furniture.

I have had this grill now for more than a year. We use it at least once or twice a week. And I really like it. Electric grilling elements are never as good as open flame. But I've had no problem whatever cooking steaks, chops, fish, burgers (etc) in the same amount of cooking time as most small tabletop gas grills. Sometimes I think this little grill does things even faster. It is true, as several reviewers noted, that the temperature reading never seems to go above 400, nevertheless everything cooks beautifully in just a few minutes per side and tastes great! So I decided it's partly just a temperature gauge thing. The grill itself is heating and working fine for me. And it is so easy to use. I turn it on, give it 5 -10 minutes to "warm up" (paying no attention to the gauge), then I put the food on, cook it a few minutes on each side, and voila! Everyone always comments on the nice sear marks and how juicy everything stays! Recently bought this grill again, as a gift for friends, and they love theirs as well. (PS their temp gauge works fine - grill gets easily to 600 or more - and cooks identically to mine.)

Bought intending to use with portable power. The grill didn’t work. In return, I got stuck with a $75 restocking fee.

This BBQ works great! I tried it for the 1st time on a cool windy evening. Wasn't sure if it would come up to temperature but it got up over 450F without any problems. It's built solid and the temp guage is a nice touch. I'd 100% recommend this for an apartment balcony or if your tired of propane bottles.

juste faire attention, verifie quand vous le sorter de la boite, car ca fait le 2e endans 1semaine 1/2, je doit retourner car la basse du bbq et toute brisser. et pour le retourner la boite et grosse et pesse beaucoup, les pieces sont garantie mais le trouble que ca donne, tres decu, le deuxieme bbq meme chose basse craque 2 places...DECU.

Product arrived very well packaged however despite the great packaging it was damaged. The handle on the right side was broken plus grease on the electrical plug made it look like the BBQ was used and not actually a new product.

Tres bon bbq, nous lutilisions en camping et lorsque nous etions en condo (sur notre patios) mon seul bemol: puisquil est electrique, je ne trouve pas que de cuisiner avec cet outil fait en sorte que la nourriture goute le bbq.
