Great product BUT BOTTLE NOT FIT FOR TRAVEL
I take extensive saunas and practice hot yoga and exercise often and use this product to prevent tiredness from excessive minerals lost through sweat. As far as I’m concerned there isn’t a better product for me on the market. I like the fact that this is flavourless and easy to add to my water.HOWEVER - The bottle is not fit for travel. I take it in my gym bag and on both occasions the lid has cracked and all the liquid has been lost. I’m now buying this product for the fourth time and will be decanting it into a separate more sturdy bottle. I also carry a teaspoon in my gym bag to measure this out.

Expensive but great product
This work great with my ADF fasting protocol however it is very expensive and there are more products that work just as good and cheaper however if I have the funds will always buy this product.

does the job
I dont use the recommended dose otherwise it tastes like sea water, dropped it to 1 tsp per 4 litres and it makes delicious water straight out of a water distiller.

Good source of electrolytes, easy to use
I use these to replace lost electrolytes on a low-carb diet. I used to use fizzy tab type electrolytes but they tend to use sucralose as a sweetener which isn't great as it can cause stomach upsets and blood sugar spikes.These are pure electrolytes, no flavour no sweetener so expect it to taste disgusting on its own. I drink a teaspoon in a glass of water with the juice of half a lemon and that's fine.They work well, disappointingly low in potassium but all electrolytes seem to have this problem. I believe there are limits to how much potassium any product is allowed to contain though so this isn't bad comparatively.

Great and safe concentrate of electrolytes, for the management of my BBPV vertigo.
Used as advised by the ENT specialist. In 2 days, it got rid of my very debilitating BPPV that had been a pain for 2 years. I have been taking it since January 2019, so nearly 3 years and no vertigo has come back. It seems to be very safe. The salty taste can be awful but disappears if mixed in any fruit juice.
