Great product increased my milk flow by 3 oz takes time and consistency

I was very hesitant to try this after reading other reviews about baby getting gassy or ending up with stomach ache. I finally made up my mind to try it as my supply was really low and I did not want my baby to take formula. I'm so glad I tried it! My supply increased from the very first day and I haven't stopped taking it since!

I used these with my 2nd born & I truly think they contributed to me being able to strictly nurse & pump for over 1 year. I struggled to produce enough in the beginning, but after added 2 of these per day to lactation routine, I saw a change. They don’t taste the best, typical for any supplement or vitamin, but I just quickly chased it with a flavored drink.

Read about this before you buy - I was trying to increase my milk supply for twin infants, bought these and took 2 the first day, 2 the second day and instantly tripled my milk supply. I couldn’t believe it. That same night, my baby stayed up all night crying (has never happened) and my other was gassier than usual. When I say crying, I mean wailing. Painful, uncomfortable wailing. My lactation consultant had mentioned fenugreek which led me to these although she never explicitly recommended them given no FDA approval. After racking my brain trying to figure out what changed for my babies to cause all this digestion pain in the past 24 hours, I realized it could only be one thing. Googled fenugreek and blessed thistle - IBS, digestion issue, colic, etc etc - the list goes on and on. Not worth the increase in milk supply to cause this pain in my babies. On top of that, I’m sweating and smell like maple syrup. Also oddly a side effect.

The media could not be loaded. I don’t know it didn’t do much for me. The only difference I saw or had is that it did indeed make me smell like maple syrup lol but I didn’t see a increase in my milk supply.

This is a must Buy!!! I just had my 4th baby with my others nothing worked and I would only pump and feed maybe 2 oz and my Supply never went up. With my new baby I looked for soemthing and found this got it very quickly and I seen more milk the 1st day. I take 3 pills a day one in AM, afternoon and PM, I am now breastfeeding him from one side and pumping fron the other and getting some times up to 6oz together sometimes more sometimes less just depends but I do get alot more than I was I freeze what I pump. He only about to be 2 months so im pumping more then he eats but I'm starting a stock pile for when he will be going to early per school in a few weeks so I can just send a bunch. This worked amazing for me, and I think its worth a try! I won't try anything else and will only take this for now on. Im hoping to breastfeed/pump untill he One!
