To be honest.. its PROBABLY getting the job done.. but it basically gave me terribly painful cramps and diarrhea every morning.. so I threw the pills down the toilet because I'd rather stay fat than have take a sudden and aggressive dump that feels like I'm about to deliver twins while I'm stuck in traffic at 6 am..

I ordered a 'juice' detox, but tried the shake and couldn't even choke it down because it was so bad tasting. I ran across these detox pills and thought that I'd give it a try because I really wanted to do a detox, but knew the shakes would all taste awful. I am on the pills, and it seems to be working great! I decided to take the two pills a day for the full detox, but I would probably recommend only one a day. Taking the two a day I am having to run to the restroom a lot, but I am pushing through it. Next time I would probably just take one a day.

This product is very effective but gentle. I followed the directions exactly and took 1 capsule before bed with a big glass of water. The next day my stomach felt way less bloated and my whole digestive system was moving a lot easier. I really like how gentle this product is. It didn't cause any stomach pains or discomfort at all. I also feel that it helped flush out toxins and gave me more energy. The directions say you can take 1-2 capsules but I really think you should just start with 1 the first 2 days and then if you really need to, you can take 2 at a time. I also think for this product to work the best you should drink plenty of water daily to further help detox your system. I think this is a really nice product and I definitely recommend it.I did receive this product at a reduced price for review. All opinions are my own.

This Better Life flush is very good product, you take 1-2 pills before bed and the next day I wasn't in pain or having to stay home near a restroom as what usually happens when I'm doing a cleanse or detox. It was gentle on my stomach but I was able to go to the restroom. I am very irregular when it comes to bms and this product is making me feel so much better because it's reliable. Also it was shipped on good time.

So i received this not too long ago and because i have a habit of retaining water .. i will let you know its working already! I will try and update in a few days how it keeps working. It's not uncomfortable or intense either ... just a simple flush. Very gentle/
