DexasChop & Serve Cutting Board, 12.5 by 20 inches, White with Black Handles (329-32-25)

I never had a suitable "platter" for serving and carving larger items like turkeys or a larger Prime Rib roast, and decided this year that U NEEDED one instead of using the small 12" long platter and having things hanging off the sides/dripping on my tablecloth. The reason I picked this was 2 fold. (And proved to be the perfect reasons for choosing this)1: It is LARGE and has HANDLES, so it fits a huge turkey and is easy to carry to the table.2: The cutting board material it is made of protects my knife from damage when I happen to contact it while carving. (Ceramic and steel both will flatten the cutting edge of a knife if you contact it straight on instead of at the angle used for sharpening a knife...if it can remove.shape a blade and an angle, it can also do it when done at the wrong angle...making a FLAT edge.) The overall shape, and decorative handles make the platter attractive enough for a holiday dinner while remaining FUNCTIONAL. Juices stay on the platter, knives protected, enough room to hold the largest roasts, non-slip feet on the bottom...really no negatives I can think of.

This is a great cutting board and server. I use it for cutting everything, including vegetables, fruit, and meats. It is very sturdy and cleans up easily. It is also great for serving items and to let meat rest after cooking. So far it does not show any marks on the surface from cutting items. It may not be as pretty to leave out on display as a wooden cutting board, but I tuck it behind my wooden ones on my counter top and it looks great. It is more functional than beautiful, but that is exactly what I wanted and it's perfect for my needs! Very pleased with this purchase!

This is the second Dexas Chop & Serve I've bought. It is a very useful cutting board that presents nicely as a serving platter. Perhaps because I use it nearly every single day, my old one is a bit tomato-stained and scratched-up. That's why I only gave it four stars for durability. But it has certainly held up very well in the dishwasher, and I will definitely continue to happily use *both* of my Chop & Serve boards!

It's a great cutting board tray. I intended to only use it for very lightweight cutting of things like Totinos party pizzas to eat with chopsticks at my computer desk. I had to buy a second one because a gorilla of a house guest used it and tried to cut all the way through the first one. they butchered it so bad that it looked like it was 25 years old. Just extra deep cuts in it but it was technically fine so I took it to my job's kitchenette. Who tries to cut THROUGH a cutting board anyway? It made me very angry, but like I said, I really like the tray so I replaced it. I just don't let anyone else use it.

This cutting board is the perfect size for chopping vegetables (which I do a lot.). The long side edges have a slight curve to them so veggies don’t fall off when I carry it to the table for the family to choose which ones they would like on their tacos or salads. I have a smaller one just like this one in green. Due to the color, I often cannot tell if I got it clean. This one is white do that’s never a problem. I love this one. Perfect color in a perfect size.

This board works great to contain juices and liquid from cut baits. I bought this as a bait board for fishing. It holds up well to very sharp knives and keeps liquids (blood) from spilling onto the boat. Easy to clean by just dipping in water or spraying off. I'd definitely use this for the kitchen as well.

This board is great to cut "juicy" things like meat, pineapple, watermelon...Keeps juices from running all over the counter. Very sturdy, easy to carry, good size handle openings

I got this to carry meat in from the grill and be able to cut the meat on it. I see other reviews complaining that it has a raised lip (so its like a shallow bowl) which can catch your knife. True... but its also large enough that you can avoid that as well. And I wanted the lip so meat juices would be contained. Which it does beautifully. I did take a star off because it is a softer material that seems to score a little to easily when cut on with a knife. After only a couple uses mine has quite a few marks on it. But its a minor annoyance.

This is a replacement to my old one that I absolutely used daily for 10 years

This cutting board is well designed to catch meat juices. Good molded handles for safely carrying heavier roasts. My only reservation is that the surface doesn’t last a really long time under normal knife use. This is my second one though so I guess I felt It was worth it. First one lasted about 2 years before the gouges and knife marks were too hard to clean and unsightly.
