After further review....
After further review...I have to change my comment- I wanted to love them but as I've used them I'm having issues. One came broken, the back just doesn't stay on. The one I had on my backpack fell off first day I wore it, so I lost the back but heard the "ping" and found the front. So I'm down to 3 and I'm wondering how long they will last. Please make these with tighter holding power! They are just the right size!

Looks great, not too big.
Doesn't scream "I'm a JW!!"and is a nice accessory for cart work. Comes with two styles of clasp, the 'pinch' clasp didn't work for me (popped of and has yet to be found) but the other one is solid.

... losing the snap and of course the Pin Not good idea to buy
the button on back would not stay on thus losing the snap and of course the Pin Not good idea to buy. Instead try the Necktie Clip much better and no loose fastener that will come off first time you use it
