Clay? Are you sure???
I tend to buy and try before I invest more. I am a self taught jewelry make and am teaching myself how to make jewelry from clay. This clay was said to be “leather-like”. Ok! Well done! Easy to use and shape. I loooove the rich colors and…it has a leather-like feel. These were confiscated by my daughter lol

Definitely gives a leather effect successfully. You may not want to mix with other polymer clay, because it has fibers in it to give it the leather effect. Nice group of colors too.

Easy to work with
I thought this was a decent amount of clay for the $20 I spent. I only wanted to try the leather clay and it was enough to tinker around with. I gotta say I’m not a big fan of the leather clay. It roller nice and cut well, I’m just not that into the look of it. I made quite a few batches of earrings with it though and they came out looking pretty nice.

Leather clay?? Let’s see!
I was so excited to try out this new type of clay. The texture of the clay is similar to leather but soft. I made a skinner blend with some and it was pretty nice. I made a couple different projects and I noticed that after baking the clay is rather bendable. I had a few items that actually broke in half. I remade a couple things but made them thicker. I think that’s a better thing to do.All in all I liked this new clay!

Bad or wrong product
Whatever product I received, is not Leather effect clay. It is very soft and doesn't hold details. After baking it doesn't have any texture - it is totally plain. It reminded me the cheapest polymer clay that you can buy in Walmart. On top of everything, it took almost 2 months to receive it.

Awesome for making faux leather bracelets!
I love this clay! The only problem I had was mixing colors it just acted like it didn't want to mix. It took me awhile to mix it.

It doesn't look like leather
To me, it doesn't look like leather at all. I hate the color too. It looks plain and too much brown then I expected.I won't even try to buy the other colors...On picture :On the left, the rust "leather" textured (2 pieces).On the right, a regular polymer clay (Sculptey souffle brand), pinkish color, where I had printed my own leather piece of fabric... (1 piece)
