It's a bucket.
It's a good bucket. I use it almost daily for some odd task or another. Holds water well. And reasonably priced.

I ordered a bunch of these for my holiday goody basket this year. It's a great sized pail for holding lots of cookies and treats and its easily decorated for my needs. They're sturdy enough to hold by the handle and seem well made for light use- this is obviously not a heavy duty pail, but for decoration, using as a planter, holding a bottle of wine or just as a little catch-all around the house, it works very well. For the price, I could not find better in this quantity and size so my budget stayed on track. Arrived on time, no issues with packaging and none of the pails had any dents, dings or stains. I'm very happy and will keep American Metalcraft on my list for next year's baskets too!

Smaller than I thought
Wanted it for an ash bucket and it is about half the size I needed for my wood stove.
