Great idea but has some issues.
The instructions are terrible.I discovered that, if the case is fully charged, you will briefly see 4 lights next to the power on button on the back. The charging icon will appear on the iPhone screen during the charge process. (If the case has a 3/4 charge you will see 3 lights, 2 lights for 1/2 charged case, etc).It’s a small sleek looking case and very durable. Protects the phone quite well. It’s heavy, but that’s a small trade off.OK - I’ve used it for awhile & want to update the review. I’ve noticed that if you’re in less than a four bar cell zone the ability of the phone to connect is greatly decreased with the battery pack. Also plugging it in to recharge it seems to be a problem. The charging plug is no longer fitting tightly enough in the battery case.

Hard to remove
I needed a new charging case since my old one was failing. I was apprehensive over the design, because I’ve damaged previous one piece cases in the past. This is just as difficult as my previous purchases. The removal is a daily struggle. You have to be careful not to pull it away from the case too quickly or you’ll damage the connector.I’m adding an addendum to my review. I’ve had this case less than a year and the battery has degraded quickly and will not charge. I keep getting an “unsupported device” message when I try to charge.

Works great.
This case seems protective enough. It is a bit heavier to carry around. But I love having my charger on my phone. And I can charge it with my iphone cord. No having to find a different charger.

Works great I love itIt has worked perfectly fine for meMy husband got one too and his case exploded after 8 months so I don’t fully trust these but I’ve had it for a year almost and it still works good

Doesn’t charge easily and very hard to remove so I can charge my phone because it won’t charge my phone.
