Maybe it’s only a few days items add to Amazon,there are not reviews available for this smart lock,so I thought I'd share my experience to date with this item. There are 5 ways to open it, which are: 1.Finger print, 2.RFI card 3 Key code via number pad 4. Via the TuyaSmart app 5. 2 fashioned key The Tuya app adds some nice embellishments, for example: 1. Create a temporary passkey number that will expire after a predetermined time 2. Initiate a remote unlock via your smart phone 3. Create a dynamic passkey that auto expires in 5 mins 4. Assign fingerprints/passkey codes to users and track who unlocked the door - and when! You can assign 3 admin users and (i think) up to 100 standard users - so also good I imagine for multi occupancy buildings/offices etc. Works very nicely and great customer support! The finger print reader is surprisingly fast and operates most satisfactorily - all other unlocking methods work equally well. 4 x AA standard Batteries,Strong wifi to connect, Packaging was secure and enough to fully protect the contents. In conclusion, it's a fantastic lock and worth the money, recommend to anyone else.

This does not fit existing mortise doors! Not compliant with ANSI A156.13 Series1000/ ANSI 86 (much smaller) so not suitable for American use. If you already have a door that's pre-drilled for American mortise lock - do NOT get this.

Haven't programmed yet. Good strong lock but installation took many hours. This is not a common cylinder lock like ones commonly purchased at Home Depot like Quickset or Schlage, the kind which doors with pre-drilled holes are made for. It is a mortice lock which requires about a 4 or 5 inch tall x 1/2 inch thick flat rectangle to be hollowed out of the edge of the door so the device can go in. In my case, l the existing holes and the door re-drilled to fit the new lock. this could have been a less awful experience had I been prepared for it. I suppose I should have looked more closely at the pics.

I like it. Excellent product. A kind of difficult to connect to WiFi but only else.

Easy enough to install. Make sure you understand the size of lock it is and the hole configuration in your door. I had to improvise a little based on existing holes, but was able to quickly install. Videos were helpful. Would ha e been great to ha e a comprehensive manual for install and operation, written in native English. TheLock works great. I did have post installation questions as I was gettingLow battery signal even with fresh batteries. Turned Out the replacement batteries were inadequate. Worked without issue for 3 months so far. Occasionally need to reset router. I administer remotely and everything has been good. Great value.

We've always wanted to buy a Fingerprint Smart Lock to avoid the trouble of bringing door keys and this cost-effective lock makes our dream come true. My husband was able to set it up and it works as described so far!!! Love it!!!

After many emails to pine world with very slow responses, Pineworld is still unable to provide me with the correct app that will work with this newest E202PRO version. This lock is useless without the app to connect it to wifi and provision. Updated....pineworld finally got me the correct app to use for this version lock. Everything working perfectly now.

I am satisfied with this lock as an initial assessment. Installation and setup instructions can be more detailed but it did not prevent installing. Lock is strong and very durable.
