Derma Red P300: Red & Near-Infrared Light Therapy Device 500w 660 & 850nm

Had it for about 2 months, it seems to be what was advertised but of haven't tested if it's really the strength or wavelengths its been labelled to have. I like and use the door hanging option often. So far I haven't noticed any skin improvements but this might take a while to show. I have noticed that any spots I have go away a lot quicker, so my mum now uses it too and finds it effective for this. I have used it on my back where I get aches sometimes (fibromyalgia) it helps, not sure if this is just the warmth, some placebo effect or the device but it helps! Haven't noticed any change in my sleep quality or mood. It was a lot cheaper than some of the American alternatives like Joovv and seems to be quite strong by the strength of the light that comes off so happy with the purchase.

I used the lamp sparingly and more or less left it on the shelf for a year. Came to use it this morning and only half the LEDs are illuminated. Not quite what you'd expect for several hundred pounds.

I use this device to illuminate my face, hands, neck and small of my back in separate sessions. I can feel the heat deposited under my skin surface but not in an unpleasant way. The benefit for neck and hands is there but not overwhelming. However the effect on my hands and face has been remarkable. Most of the joint pain and stiffness in my hands is gone and there is a distinct rejuvenation of the skin of my face.Overall, a happy customer.

Bought this as I had glandular fever and I’d read about the strong scientific evidence base for skin conditions, autoimmune disorders, fatigue, etc.I’ve been using this a week and a bit now, although had a few days break between, and my skin feels tighter and smoother (I didn’t buy this for any skin issues!).I need to use more regularly fir a bit longer before my energy improves, yet some of the changes are already noticeable.

I love this light. I originally bought the mini but got tired of having to hold it for long periods of time. I use it mostly to improve skin tone but also with back/neck ache and it’s wonderful.

Certainly feel a difference when using this - need to give it more time to really give it a true review. I wouldn't get anything smaller than this though
