6.95-Inch Double-DIN In-Dash WVGA DVD Receiver with Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and SiriusXM Ready

I believe that the item I purchased is faulty. I got this unit in March 2020 but only installed In July due to lockdown restrictions etc.Firstly , the Apple CarPlay connects pretty okay however it keeps disconnecting frequently Even while In use. So the music keeps stopping and starting back . Especially once the car is moving.The Bluetooth never seems to connect automatically and I have to go through all the settings to reconnect it almost every time I restart my car. It may have connected automatically 5 out of 20 times ....The screen mirroring never worked (wired or wirelessly ) using my Apple device . I have no android unit to try it on . I’ve looked at several videos, read all sorts of articles and done all the latest software updates .This unit is a total disappointment. I wish I could have returned the item but due to me missing the return date it’s impossible.I wish I could get my money back or another unit. I’m ready to throw this out... :(

Wrong picture not the right radio

This is a great head unit it I had to buy it for myself after seeing that half the reviews were of the wrong head unit, I got the correct one and it’s amazing.They have a Spotify & Pandora app built in for easy use, the CarPlay is exceptional, sound quality is great as well I have it hooked up to my subwoofer you can adjust the we and set presets, the buttons change colors & touchscreen is accurate as expected.

This is the stereo to get. I LOVE THE WIRELESS CARPLAY!

Unit shuts off for two seconds in the morning after playing for 10 min.

Units radio stopped working as well as the Fords sync function. Called to replace but was over return time limit. Called manufacturer no help at all, wasted money, sad
