SC80-12X20X1-6 MERV 13 Pleated Air Filter (Pack of 6), 12" x 20" x 1"

Like many others have stated on the brand but other sizes there is no proof that they are in fact a Merv rating of 13 ... however when i compared the material to the (double the price) filter i had from the big box store it seems just as "thick" or "good".... the only thing i noticed was the wire grid the filter material sits in is much weaker so handle with care... Whoever installed the furnace did a horrible job custom making where our 12x20 filter gets installed... for the last 2 years while renting this home id literally fight and bend and twist the filters to get them in and getting them out was worse... THESE SLID IN LIKE GOD HIMSELF HAD HIS HAND ON MINE AND WAS HELPING ME (lol) i was so happy.... im usually in a horrible mood after trying to get the old filter out and new one in.... this filter saved my life and my strengthened my spiritual bond with my furnace!! ..... kidding aside, for half the price, delivered for free in like 4 days and installed with NO problems i couldnt be happier... They are a little smaller then a true 12x20, but in my case that was perfect for our setup.

MUCH cheaper than buying filters at a hardware store, and filters very well. I have one in back of a cheaper filter in my apartment and in a short amount of time I could see noticeable dust build up on it, so it's definitely catching a lot more particles than the cheap filter. However, the airflow seems to be a bit too restrictive, these filters have noticeably fewer pleats (folds) than a filter I would get at the hardware store. I understand these are much cheaper, but even if it raised the price a bit to have a less restrictive filter I think that would be preferable.

High quality filter, catches pretty much everything in my home. Work so well I was looking at replacing the filters after the first month from the amount of stuff it seems to catch compared to the name brand big box store filters. The price is great. I ordered 2 different sizes that both came in the same box, The filters themselves were dented on one edge but after test fitting it didn't effect it being used. so be aware. looks as if it was done at the factory before amazon got it since the factory boxes were untouched packaged inside the amazon box.

Take this review with a big grain of salt - maybe it's my furnace or lack of quality control from the Amazon Warehouse deals. I have ordered a total of three 6-packs of these filters. The first shipment was fantastic, fit like a glove, and did it job. I returned the second shipment because the filters were significantly shorter than the ones in the first shipment. The article description states that the actual size is a half inch smaller and that's fine. However, the filters I got are even smaller than that. Because the filters were not seating properly in my filter tray, every time the AC kicked in or out, I heard a "clunk". I then got a replacement from amazon, this time no clunk but a high pitched hissing around the edges. I feel like I am in a storm! Anyway, number 3 is being returned as well and for now I am done with those filters.

Fit precisely into my 10 month old Goodman Ac unit. These looked like they were the "higher end" better filters for homes with animals and excessive dust. I can tell you these higher rated filters do make quite the difference. There's really not much more to say about them, the value is much better rather than going to the big box store!

Better than what I found at a big Box home store. Price is lower and came in less than 10 days. My first order was for 6 as my furnace uses two each month. Next time I order I will get enoung for the hold year.

Merv- 13 is the best residential filter on the market. It has greatly reduced the amount of dust in our home and it also filters out bacteria.

Good quality. Better than what I was buying at True Value.
