Delicious and healthy - great new flavours!
I used to really struggle with protein after a workout, I like something sweet but shakes normally taste awful and aren't filling. These bars are lovely to eat AND have a decent amount of protein! Its great if you want real food after a workout and like to know what you're eating.

Full of protein, tastes so yummy!
Edit: Upon closer inspection these bars have way too much sugar and while it helped me to meet my protein intake goals it made me far exceed the daily sugar intake. Even if you're super active (jogging, hiking etc) the sugar content is way too high. Would not recommend. 20g of sugar for 1 bar?! I recieved these today and when I opened up the box I was so happy to see how big and thick each bar was! Great for a protein boost snack after my workouts and very filling. Amazing that each bar has 20g of protein in, it helps me to reach my daily protein intake goals quite nicely. Really pleased with the cocoa flavour.

Chia Charge PROTEIN BAR Review
This was the first time I tried these after finding our about CHIA Charge from a friend. I am a regular runner doing around 20 to 30Km per week - weather permitting.... I have tried a few other bars/flapjacks etc. but these are gr8 - The taste is excellent and are very filling, so take an hour or 2 before a run, they give you good energy and the balance of carbs and proteins gives your body that balance pre and post work outs. I am going to try the other flavours. Would recommend anyone to try these. Jason S.

Great product
Big fan of the cocoa bar. It really tastes great and has a huge amount of protein. Also uses just a few simple ingredients which I appreciate. Perfect for an energy boost!

It is so sweet, I find it unedible
20 grams of sugar per bar makes it unedible in one go. I can only eat a quarter of the bar
