You only get the chair, no base or sliding mechanism. The picture is very deceptive which is why I returned it.

I returned this item. It had no base or sliding element to go into the tub. It was just the chair which sat very low in the tub. The picture of this product is very deceptive.

Yes, but sits extremely low in the tub and not much room

Q: Does this chair adjustments to change the height? Also, this is just the chair not including the extra rolling unit and head bolsters?

It had no base or rolling element that would slide the unit into the the tub. It was just the chair that sits very low in the tub. I returned the product, the picture is very deceptive.
