Was pleasantly surprised when I received this pink floppy hat. I purchased it mostly because it was cheap and I just needed something to keep the sun off my 22 month old grandbaby while at pool. It is so cute and made much better than I thought it would be. It even has flowers that appear in the sunshine. It can be wadded up and thrown in diaper bag and pulled out unharmed and ready to go! It has a pull string around the top in case baby needs a more snug fit for small head. It also has a velcro chin strap too in case you want it to stay in place but we didn't use it, she just kept it on we were surprised! Not sure if this would fit a huge head though. It is kinda flatter in the top. I am very happy with this purchase! I got on amazon today to try to find it in purple but they didnt have it. I only saw pink and blue.Thank you very much! If purple comes available I want it! Hope this helps in some way 😀

This is a great lightweight hat for kids! It is breathable and fun! The print shows when they're out in the sun. It can adjust to different size heads because of the adjustable strap that goes around the hat. It does bunch when tightened, but my daughter (7 and a regular/small head circumference) doesn't mind that. I think for a child that is age 3 or 4 with a regular size head it would bunch a great deal. The one con is the depth of the hat. It seems quite short. That aspect makes it good for a much younger child, but it's almost too short for my daughter. It still covers her nicely though because of the wide brim. Overall, I would recommend this hat, and wish it came in adult sizing. It keeps her from sweating too much, and yet protects her nicely from the sun!

I bought the blue for my 2yo, and the pink for my 5yo. The blue color is as pictured but the pink color is slightly more neon than the picture represents. But still both are very cute and both kids loved the way the hats looked and wore on their heads. They are adjustable with a chin strap that's easy to do and undo so it can easily fit my sons 80th percentile size head and stay on in windy conditions or be loose while in the pool. Cool stayed fast after getting wet. They are flexible/floppy but have just enough rigidity that they won't flatten over the kids' faces when the hats get wet. The photo is not that great but the kids were in a hurry to get in the pool. Hope this helps.

Here in the Texas sun and heat, a WIDE BRIMMED sun hat is essential!!However, I had trouble finding a hat that would not sag when it got wet.That being said, this hat is a godsend! It's perfect for wearing into the water or for water play.The brim is wide and covers my daughter's face as well as her neck, and stayed put without getting into her eyes even when she wore it into the swimming pool and got it very wet.So glad I found this hat because we have 2 more months of summer to go!!

Very cute sun hat. Bought this for my 3.5 year old daughter about 3 weeks ago. At first the hat was a hot pink color and the flowers turned purple in the sun, which was pretty cool; however, the hat has faded and the flowers no longer turn purple. Kind of disappointed. Trying to decide if I want to return it. Currently, the strap is too long for her, so the hat blows off when she's on the swing but she could use it for a few summers. It does do a nice job of protecting her from the sun.

Fabric is nice and light but I took out stars for the strap to hold under the chin which is set and uses Velcro. 1) you can’t change the length so no way to keep it tight if the wind blows. 2) Velcro??? Super easy to rip and scratchy on children’s skin. Not the best design unfortunately. I like the holes to let the skin breathe. And you do have a small rope to tighten the fit around the top of the head.

This is an attractive hat, at a reasonable price for fun in the sun. Some of the positives are that:It fits well, with adjustable fit to allow a good fit for most kids 18 months to several years old.It has a neat feature of flowers that appear and become darker when in uv light.Good price.Only negative is that the strap under the chin is unadjustable and too large to be of any use.Overall I am a fan and family members have asked us to give it to them as a hand me down.

This fits my 2yo perfectly without needing to be adjusted (she does have a big head for her age, though - so it might be big on others). The brim doesn't flop in her eyes when wet and it seems to keep her head cool. When all the stars are aligned, she actually keeps it on her head for the majority of our time at the pool. Which is all I can really ask for! ;)

Hat is good, material is ok, visor size is ok, but it keeps falling of head and if there is some wind even worse. I think its not as deep as it should be and the strap to hold the hat could be better its not adjustable, they put Velcro for safety and that is good, but they should put more places to adjust were the Velcro attaches or something, other than that hat is ok.

Pretty light hat that does a good job keeping the sun off my daughters head, only negative point is the strap as it holds together with two tiny patches of Velcro which do not look like they will last very long, the straps are too short to be tied together so we will see how it stays on if the Velcro stops holding up

Stops scalp getting burnt.

They dry fast, have great sun coverage, and a great chin strap! The adjustable string has meant that my son has being wearing his from 1yr old till now at 5 and he still has more room in his hat. I intentionally sought out this hat for my daughter now four years after my first purchase. They wash and dry in the machine well. My son's hat has been on 4 beach vacations and daily use in the summers and it is still holding up great!

Very happy with the quality of this little sunhat. It is adjustable so, it should fit great!
