Wow! What a find.
I was looking for a small (1L) glass kettle (mainly for tea) and this came up in the search. While the price and fact it had no reviews made me slightly apprehensive to purchase this device, I loved the way it looked and the advertised functionality - so I decided to buy it...And boy am I glad I did! I have been making so much tea and trying so many different kinds, and the whole (although small) household has been able to enjoy it.I was not aware of this kettle's full functionality before purchasing it, so let me point out some of my favourite features:- 2-in-1 water boiling and tea infusing capabilities- Keeping tea a certain temperature for half an hour- Being able to select different programs for different types of teas so you don't have to check the brewing time or temperature (as indicated by a dot on the screen by each type of tea)- The kettle automatically displays the temperature of the tea/water at all times - so you know exactly when it is ready to drink (I personally tend to go for 45-50C).You can even leave the tea for a couple of hours before using the temperature options to reheat it directly to 40-60C (or any temperature between 40 and 100 depending on your heat tolerance and preferences - adjustable in 5C increments) and drink it straight away!No more estimating tea temperatures or brewing times - making the tea is as "easy" as pouring the water into the kettle, pressing the 'program' button once (to choose the program between herbal, black, oolong, white and green tea) or twice to adjust the temperature manually, waiting for 90 seconds for the water to heat up and popping the infuser (filled with about 3-4 teaspoons of loose tea per 750 ml of water) into the kettle, placing the lid back on, pressing 'program' again and choosing the brewing time (if you're doing it manually), followed by the on/off button to start the brewing process. I usually take the infuser part out immediately after the brewing and angle it on top of the kettle to drain for a couple of minutes. What I also love about this kettle is that I will never burn my tongue again as I can leave the tea in the kettle until it reaches a comfortable temperature (as displayed on the screen). I usually rinse the kettle with hot water after each use, and it is recommended that the kettle is cleaned with a water and vinegar solution every few weeks/months (depending on usage/water hardness). However, a slight issue I had with this kettle (when used in low lighting conditions) was that I was consistently struggling to line up the twist cap with the ridge it was supposed to click into, so I fixed that issue by marking both parts with different coloured nail polishes (as you can see from the images). As I have only used this kettle a dozen times, I will update this review if any issues arise throughout prolonged usage, but overall, I think this is an amazing product at a great price (£60) and you will not regret buying it!

Worked fine for two weeks, customer service unresponsive
Worked just fine for 2-3 weeks then all of a sudden it just won't heat the water. Emailed manufacturers support address, took 5 days for them to ask me which country I was in, immediately replied and 3 days of silence. The odd defective product can happen to any manufacturer. Slow and unresponsive customer support is a choice.
