Nice brush but it died after 5 months. I contacted them and they sent me a new one. Very pleased.
I purchased this July 2, 2025 and went to brush my teeth and it didnโt work. Today is Dec 2, 2025. Five months is not very good life span. Itโs fully charged. I ordered 2 and my husband's works fine. I will reach out to Amazon tomorrow and see if there is anything they can do.

This Is the One to Get
Iโve use Sonicare brushes for decades and have always loved them, but when I recently replaced my old deep pink brush with the new 4100 model, I was sorely disappointed in the motor strength. It was a huge downgrade from my old one that Iโd paid a similar price for several years ago. Fast-forward a few days, and I got this 7500 model instead. I didnโt love paying almost quadruple the price tag of the other one, but I thought Iโd give it a shot to see if all the newer Sonicare products had gone downhill or if it was just the other one. This toothbrush is SO much better than the 4100 model in every regard. The vibration motor is much stronger and more similar to the speed of my old one (with some added features!), and I appreciate how the pressure sensor works much better. The app is also a nice added bonus, and apparently, 2 minutes is the minimum amount of time youโre supposed to brush your teeth for optimal results? The included portable charging case is also much appreciated, and this model includes both a permanent wall charger for your toothbrush at home and a portable USB one (and the charging brick) for travel, which is definitely better. Overall, I feel like this brush really cleans my teeth well and lets me know when I press too hard on my gums very quickly. I didnโt love the fact that I had to spend so much more for this model to get this type of functionality, but I can definitely say it works nicely and that Iโm a big fan. If youโre trying to choose between this model and the 4100, just go with this one, and I promise it will meet your expectations better.

Best toothbrush money can buy
Over years of trying every major electric toothbrush, this one is hands down my favorite. Compared to Oral-B I've always found sonicare to be a much more pleasant experience and a more conventional alternative compared to oral-b small rotary heads. Lower tier options like the 5900 and 6700 are perfectly useable, comparable even but the 7500 has all the settings I've come to use and rely on. The 9000 series is just one of needless gimmicks: the completely worthless app, a purple light at the base(??) and one extra setting, Tongue Care (like, really?) for another $100 to almost $200 ontop of the 7000 series, absolutely not.

Amazing toothbrush
The toothbrush is a good size and comes with lots of accessories to make life easier. The speed is good and itโs great quality. It gets my teeth very clean especially the back teeth. Itโs decently soft.

Sonicare has gone downhill
Sonicare has gone downhill soooo much, they're the epitome of "ensh*ttification" or sacrificing quality to increase profit. TLDR: Doesn't work as well as they used to, too slippery to hold comfortably and cheap feeling now, added features that made it worse. These absolutely suck now. I have used a sonicare toothbrush for the better part of a decade, and my OG toothbrush was finally starting to sputter out so I figured it was time to replace it. I found this one for 50% off on prime day and was happy to give it a go. I got one for me & one for my husband whose sonicare toothbrushes only seem to last 2-3 years at most for some reason. His was immediately defective out of the box and buzzed so crazy loud even with no brush head attached, IDK how it made it past QC. (Is there any QC?) I went to go exchange it due to being defective and the only option given was to return it and buy another at now double the price! No, I don't think so. The one I got worked ok, but I noticed that instead of a soft rubber grip like my old one, these ones are just smooth plastic. It took me a minute to get used to that & I actually found it hard to hold onto with the weight + vibration+ how slippery the surface was. It seems like a cost cutting measure they did to increase profit. Also, I keep the little cap on the brush when I'm not using it for sanitary reasons, and the newer brush heads have the flimsiest most useless covers that really only work if the brush is horizontal. I salvaged one of my old covers even though it doesn't fit very well on the newer brush heads. The pressure sensor seems way too sensitive to be useful, I have to barely glide the brush over my teeth or it is activated. The pressure of going between my cheek and molars without pushing down at all is enough to activate it. I've started just ignoring it, but it doesn't vibrate as much with the sensor activated so IDK if I'm getting as good of a clean. I wish there was a way to deactivate it. The nail in the coffin for me with sonicare is the brush head replacement notification. If you don't replace your brush head at the interval they suggest (my brush was still immaculate when it started beeping since you can't use any pressure to brush anyway) it will beep and flash every time you use your brush until you replace it and drain the already meh (compared to my old one) battery life even faster. You can't take the head off and put it back on either to reset it because there's a chip or something inside. It is so annoying! I have no idea what it would do with an aftermarket brush head, prob beep and flash immediately. I will not be buying any sonicare toothbrushes in the future, which is a shame because they used to be a good product & for me were more comfortable to use than the Oral B kind because of the lower profile brush heads.

Stopped working, but Philips is replacing it without a hassle.
Stopped charging after around 8 months; reached out to Phiips and they are sending a new one to me with no trouble.
