It's a great pillow. I like the cool side quite a bit and the other side is good too. But ... I had a terrible first night until I realized you could take out the extra pillow inside, which was too much. It's expensive but it's a good pillow, and I say this as a connoiseur who varies the pillow I choose based on whether I'm napping, played sports that day.

My pillow gave me more confort than this fancy pillow. It’s all your head.

I first tried one of these in a mattress store, and knew I needed to order one. Found better price here. Nice cooling, and very supportive

After a car accident in 2014, I've had chronic neck issues. I discovered a similar pillow a few years later and found that my neck troubles were considerably better, but the cost to replace it when it had worn out was more than I could afford. I chose this pillow as it's similar in structure but cost about $50 less. It works just as well as my first pillow! I couldn't be happier!The lofty cell side allows for my head to sink a little lower without effecting the support for my neck. This keeps my neck properly aligned while I sleep.Every other week, I find (just as I did with my first pillow) that the cells become a little compacted and they lose their support. To address this, I wash my outer cover (not the inner foam layer) on cold, and tumble dry on medium. This fluffs the cells and restores the loft and support.

It's been over 4 years I been looking for the right pillow and I would say I went through 23 pillows. And finally I found the one that's perfect for me. I sleep on my back and sides and all the other pillows I tried would only work for one or the other . This one put me to sleep ony first night I dreamed and I do not normally dream cause I would toss and turn and wake up with a stiff neck . But this pillow support me when I was sleeping on my back and on my side.. I would highly recommend it. It's been 4 nights now and I dream all night. What that mean is when you dream your are in rem mode meaning you are in your most deepest sleep . Update... After a week my neck started to hurt from sleeping on it. Gonna be returning it

I am so glad I gave this pillow a try, it is absolutely worth the money! I love that I can have the fluffiness of a normal pillow or the support of a foam type pillow without giving up any comfort. The cooling side is perfect for those nights you wake up hot too.

If you like a firm pillow you will like it. Neat that it has an insert you can remove to make it thinner. The zipper came apart the first time I used it. I got it back together, but not a very strong zippper.

Wow! This pillow is incredible. We bought a new mattress (the old one was like 14 years old), and I started waking up with no more hurting back - but my neck and shoulders were stiff, sore, and full of knots! So I went looking for a new pillow and found this. So glad I did! First night with it and I was almost fixed. Second night and I was all set. It's firm enough to support your head (I like FIRM), but soft all at the same time... Someone finally figured out how to make a pillow! The only shortfall I found was the loft (height). I have broad shoulders, so if I'm on my side I need a tall pillow. I bought a travel pillow from Walmart for $4 and put it in the zippered compartment and it's now the perfect height. This also keeps my head and shoulders up while I'm on my back and my wife says I snore less. Highly recommend.

I’ve been using this pillow for 3 weeks now and I’ve had no problems and I don’t notice a smell. I’m a side/stomach sleeper so I remove the mini inner pillow because I find it too high with it in otherwise I lovvve this pillow especially the cool gel side!
