So many Mole seasonings have too much sugar in them for my tastes. However this Mole Poblano Old Monterrey Style is less sweet and more savory. Great blend of flavors from the chilies and other spices, and worked very well in a chicken and yams dish simmered in this Mole seasoning.

It is perfect for mole snd very convenient for me.

Wished I had the ingredient info before purchasing. Some of the ingredients I generally avoid. I will probably try to use it or just pass it off or dispose. I should know better with latino spice mixes and blends.

I usually love Fiesta brand of seasonings (Cajun All is da bomb) but this one wasn't too good. Mole is supposed to be a blend of many ingredients to be a complicated but delicious layer of flavors. This spice blend had way too much cloves in it and all I could taste was the cloves. I didn't even know cloves was a part of mole poblano. I gave it two stars as I think it has potential!
