I was very skeptical about this supplement, but am determined to avoid medication. I did a three-month experiment, stopped eating dairy, increased my aerobic workout a bit and took this supplement and was pleasantly surprised that my cholesterol went down more than 30 points. I still need to lower it, so my plan is to lose some weight, tweak my diet even more and keep taking Cholesterol Protection.

After testing high total cholesterol in May, I did a full six months of this herbal medicine according to the directions, religiously. Just did another lipid panel and not only did it not go down, it went slightly up without major changes in my diet.This medicine did absolutely nothing for me. Worthless.

Took this medication for 3 month my cholesterol was 368 I was at a high risk of stroke and heart attack my cholesterol is now 210 I can post my lab results for proof.
