I used this product for my second baby to up my milk game and here I am using it again for baby number three! I'm so glad I found it again because this stuff will change your pumping game! I am an exclusive pumper so I can know exactly how much my babies drink since they tend to be on the smaller side. I have a stash in the freezer but started to feel like I might be breaking even each day on what she was drinking/what I was producing. I started writing it all down and I was right! So I searched Amazon to try and find this product again and within two days I was storing an extra two bags of milk each day. When I say it's a game changer I am not lying!! The taste is horrid but after a day you don't notice it anymore and when you see how much more milk you'll produce you won't care at all! Highly recommend!!

I'm SO glad I just happened to come across a blog that mentioned this product, otherwise I wouldn't have known it existed. This product works miracles. Being a working mom, having to pump enough at work to have for my little one to eat the next day, is super important. But what was also important to me was to be able to have enough to store, not just make enough for the following day. This product upped my milk supply almost immediately. I have so much milk in storage, I don't have to stress about it anymore. I just take one dropper full after each feeding/pumping session up to the recommended max of 5 times/day. I did find that if I took it before bed, there was a greater chance of me waking up engorged when it's time for my son's middle of the night feedings, so I try to just take it starting after the first feeding/pumping in the morning and throughout the day. There are a lot of reviews saying how horrible it tastes, etc. Yes, it does taste and smell like you're eating your yard. But I just take it like I take pills - take a drink of something and hold the liquid in my mouth, then drop the dropper in there and swallow it all together. Now, I couldn't do it with just plain water, it has to be something flavored or it would taste absolutely horrendous. But using this method, I haven't had an issue with the taste once. If you're having supply problems - you need this product!

I pump 90% of the time and I have been using this product daily for almost three weeks. Unfortunately I have had no change in my milk output. I have ordered new pump parts and had my pump checked to make sure these items were not the culprit. This product has fenugreek, which sometimes has the opposite effect on people. So, this product may work for some but unfortunately, it does not work for me. I also agree with other reviewers that this product does not taste very good but women with low milk output will do anything to increase it. Like I said before, this product may work for some. It just didn't work for me.

As someone who struggles with supply issues regardless of how often I pump, I am always on the prowl for a supplement that actually works. This works better than any other supplement or prescription for that matter that I have tried (and I have truly exhausted them all). I have gained about 3-4 oz more per day which is a win considering I have had zero improvement with other brands. It definitely has an herbal taste but nothing unbearable. I mix this in a tiny bit of Dr. Pepper and can barely taste it. Aftertaste does not linger. Definitely recommend.

I've only been using this for a few days. I can see how the taste is awful for some, I don't love it but it's tolerable. It definitely helped with my milk supply BUT it gave me and my son horrible gas pains. I'm switching to HHH Pump it up.

While no herbal remedies or supplements have been proven to increase milk production, I, like many others, turned to remedies with lots of anecdotal evidence and traditional uses in an attempt to increase my milk supply. I took the Let There Be Milk drops three times a day along with fenugreek capsules. In addition, I ate oats every day, drank lots of water, and tried to pump as often as possible. As a result, I have gone from feeding my baby 90% formula and 10% breast milk to 100% breast milk and have now amassed a freezer stash to last nearly a week with more being added daily. Undoubtedly, many factors contributed to my milk increase. I took only fenugreek for several weeks and noticed a bit of an increase, but it really jumped when I added LTBM to my routine. When my LTBM ran out and it took a couple of days to get another bottle, I noticed a bit of a dip in my supply, so I suspect that it has had a positive impact. The taste is awful because it is an alcohol solution, but I just add the drops to a little water and chug it down. I will definitely be buying more (this time BEFORE my bottle is empty) because I want to be sure I have plenty of milk for my growing baby. I would recommend it to anyone trying to increase milk supply.

I was very upset that I ordered a product after reading a blog instead of reading reviews. The reviews were so negative, I truly thought I just wasted my money and no returns are excepted. Once it arrived I started taking it since I mind as well, I did pay for it. I am so very happy I started using it because I am so very pleasantly surprised at how great it worked. Within a week I was producing double the milk I was prior and it has continued for the last few week. I started taking 20 drops 3x a day and now I am taking 10 drops 3x a day and my milk production is steady, with breastfeeding my 4 month old every 2-3hrs during day and every 3 to 4hrs at night, I am pumping at least 12 oz extra to freeze. So don't listen to the reviews because every persons experience is different as you know from pregnancy to every baby.

Worked like a charm for my friend. I’ve been using it for 2 weeks now and if anything my supply seems to have diminished :( The taste is absolutely horrible also. Nothing has ever made me gag but this. I had to mix it into some water and take it like a shot. Guess it just depends on everyone’s bodies, but unfortunately was just a waste of money for me.
