365 by Whole Foods Market, Gluten-Free Brownie Mix, 15 Ounce

So I didn’t have high hopes for me. I got diagnosed with a genetic disorder some months ago and one of the ways they recommended to reduce inflammation in my body was to cut out gluten. Gluten free products largely suck. I usually don’t even bother but I was baking brownies for a friend’s party and I didn’t want to be left out. These shocked me. They’re amazing. I did add two tablespoons of sour cream to help with moisture but I have a feeling even without that they would be fine. They’re very fudgy in a good way. They don’t crumble to dust in your hand. They taste incredible. I’m so happy I found something that didn’t feel like I was being cheated.

These are very tasty brownies. I even added a light chocolate icing.

Easy to bake and. Delicious.

My son and daughter-in-in-law are gf and I am always trying new products with them. They LOVED these brownies!!!! Apparently my son would have eaten the whole batch in one sitting because it had been so long since he had a good brownie. Well worth it! I would say second to Krusteasz.

I finally found a brownie mix that's gf and df and doesn't taste like cardboard. I did add a tablespoon of instant espresso, a splash of vanilla and 1/2 a cup of unsweetened applesauce to it.These turned out so moist and fudgy. I will definitely be buying this again and making it the same way.

I wanted to love it because it’s less expensive than King Arthur, but there’s no flavor.
