I've never tried camu camu before so I can't compare this to other brands. I purchased this because I wanted a natural source of vitamin c. It's very tart and bitter as expected. It's a fine light brown powder but doesn't mix well with water. Using warm or hot water might help. Otherwise, you can blend it with your smoothie. I hope the prices for camu camu will come down as it's a lot higher when compared to vitamin c supplements. Overall, I can't find anything negative about this product but I will have a better idea after further use/comparison.

Nice dark color, tastes realer than the normal camu at the health food store. Swapped out the bag for a jar though

I now have a weird immune disease and have been trying to figure out ways I can get in some extremely healthy antioxidants that are pure and have no added ingredients, and someone who has the same diagnosis suggested this product.I just licked the tip of my little finger, stuck it in and gave it a taste, and it was absolutely awful.Unfortunately, part of this disease right now is that all of my senses are wildly heightened, so yes my sense of taste is off the charts, but I don’t know that I’m ever going to be able to comfortably ingest this product, certainly not unless and until I can mix it in with something that’s highly sweetened, and I don’t know how long it’s going to be until I can do that.

I don't know what on Earth was in the packet it wasn't camu camu. It should be tart but this was something so disgusting it wasn't even edible. SO glad I tasted this to check before giving it to my kids!! Wish I'd opened it before the return window, so I basically got scammed.

I am able to handle the taste, but I get more energy with this product.

So where is the Vitamin C as prescribed? and why is it missing off the nutritional facts packaging sent ? I find this misinformation suspect as false advertising unless there is some kind of explanation .
