This is my first ever posture corrector that I purchased through the Amazon Prime deals I have to say that so far it's been okay. You cannot wear this under your shirt you have to have some kind of fabric underneath or velcro strap will be a bit abrasive. Easy to adjust.

Too small straps ... flimsy .. Cannot beleive it got such good reviews

I am a smaller female and the straps were bulky so I cut them down an reattached theEnd prices. Fits much better. Does help some.

Tired of the wife saying to stand up straight? Yeah, I was too. This thing works, and after a few days you start to do it on your own, but will need to wear it much longer to break the habit. I'm a desk jockey, so it's par for the course and easy to return to bad habit of slouching.My only complaints are the padding or lack there of, on the portion of the strap material that goes under the armpit area is a little uncomfortable, so it tends to twist, which makes it thinner than if it sat flat, so it digs in more...Also, adjusting the strap after it is on is just not feasible for me, so I adjust it first then put it on. No biggie but worth mentioning. I wear it under my polo shirt and it's hardly noticeable.I may do a longer term follow up review if I remember and there are any additional comments worth mentioning.

On one hand, yes, this does "force" you to have better posture. However, that's because it digs into your back and armpits to the point of true discomfort and chafing - even while wearing clothing underneath it. Left soreness and skin irritation for 2 days after wearing it for about an hour until I couldn't take it anymore and removed it.This was returned.

Puts my arms to sleep. Not very comfortable to wear. In order to ensure the best posture, you can't help but pull the straps tight. There's gotta be something better out there. Maybe something with a crisp cross strap across the chest This isn't it.

Too small and hard to put on!
