Best biscuit cutters ever!
I really enjoy making buttermilk biscuits & these biscuit cutters are very well made. The construction really works well for cutting through the dough with ease & speed. The metal is thick & suitable for cutting through thick dough. I highly recommend these biscuit cutters.

Sturdy: Well Made—However, Biscuit Dough Sticks To Ridges
I purchased these to make scones. No matter how much I prepped the cutters to help the dough not stick, the dough stuck. I had to push out the dough which made the rise lopsided. I should have gotten a smooth edge. (Hind sight is always better, right?) I’d hoped the fancier edge would be more unique, and it was—except for the sticking which inhibited the rise where my finger helped the scone release. (Like American biscuits, scones dough is barely worked and more sticky than a rolled dough.) As a biscuit cutter, the scalloped edge is a fail. The dough just isn’t smooth enough for an easy release. Flour doesn’t hold onto the tiny spaces enough to prevent sticking. Greasing didn’t help either, nor did greasing and flouring combined. (With a smooth edge cutter, the dough comes right out.) However, the cutters themselves are sturdy and well made. They fit together in a stack for easy storage. I did not return the set; I’ll use them for making sugar cookies and for other types of smoother dough that won’t stick in the ridges.

cuts pretty well
I bought these for cutting fridge biscuit dough to make donuts. It does a decent job of it. They don't quite cut all the way through but it's close enough I can make it work and get the donuts in the air fryer pretty quickly. Much easier than the glass or scissors I was trying

Nice set, but handles are not very sturdy.
The handle attachments are not very good. I have had one break already. Other than that I like the design and it works well for biscuits.
