A Must Read For All Pregnant Ladies!
As a fellow practitioner and prenatal/postnatal specialist, I highly recommend Ending Pain In Pregnancy. Herrera presents trade secrets and the fine tuning women need to address pain during pregnancy. Many classes and even one to one training don't address the critical anatomy and exercises that are targeted in this book. Even if you are working out with a trainer and taking prenatal classes, put this on your radar. Herrera explains very important exercises that are frequently not addressed in a total body program. Her approach is holistic and strengthens from the inside out. In addition she shows you very important self care body work. I always get asked the question, "What should I be doing on my own?" This is the manual that you should read. A must read for all pregnant ladies and post-partum moms before they have their 2nd, 3rd, and beyond.
