This was my 4th mouse purchase in one month. I returned the previous 3 because they were not working as they should.After using this mouse for a few weeks now, I am very happy with it.It is working perfectly and as expected in all areas. Set up was easy. There's a specific way of switching between Bluetooth and wireless mode so it is important to read the instructions.The mouse connects instantly via the wireless receiver and connects and stays connected in Bluetooth mode. Just remember to switch it off when it's not in use otherwise the battery drains out.The design of the mouse is quite plain but that isn't important to me.

Terrible product. Just a month after buying it stopped working completely. Changed battery, tried to pair via USB conector, bluetooth, nothing helped. The device powers up but does not respond. Waste of money!* update*The company’s customer service contacted me via email and told they’d send a new piece to my address free of charge. I’ll update the review as soon as receive and get the chance to try it. For now the great customer service has already counted and got another star just for it.*update 2*They've sent me another model of mouse and it's working like a charm! Despite of the issue reported at the beginning of this review, I'd definitely recommend this manufacturer for its fantastic customer service. Well done guys!

it turns itself off if it isn't moved for a few minutes, which means I have to flip it over move the on/off switch to off then back to on, which isn't mentioned in the masnual. Otherwise it's a good mouse.Update : I have found that pressing the right mouse button wakes the mouse up from it's power saving mode, it's just a pity that this isn't mentioned in the manual.

I have had this mouse three weeks and thought that its poor accuracy might be because I did not have a mouse mat but having invested in a good mouse mat I have seen no significant improvement. Deeply frustraing to try and control the cursor with this mouse which "diappaears" off the screen or freezes frequently and when it is connected it performs erratically and without the required precision. Like being out of control on ice. I simply would not recommend this.

This mouse make me laugh.Both wireless and bluetooth.Just hold down left button and wheel for a couple of seconds to change from one to the other. That means you can have 2 PC's running with one mouse! Wireless USB dongle is under battery cover. Bluetooth dongle you have to buy.It seems to have several levels of battery saving modes. So when the PC is on it wont go to sleep. However when you turn off the PC, the red led dimms more and more until it goes out altogether. Brilliant!Very quiet click. Excelent. Get one.

Neat that it can do both WiFi and Bluetooth. Works well with my iPhone and iPad but the initial Bluetooth pairing was a nightmare due to a narrow time-window during which it must be paired. It IS possible but hard! Once paired, subsequent use is much easier but still requires use of the pairing button. (In my case) Auto-sleep seems effective for prolonging battery life.

I bought this because I have another of these devices which is comfortable in the hand and works perfectly & immediately on computer waking or starting up. This one does not do this. Sometimes up to five minutes can elapse before I can use it. Strange and a time-wasting problem.

This was great for about a month then it stopped working. When switched on the light flashes on, then it dies and doesn't respond. I contacted the seller and got a replacement. The exact same thing happened - it was fine for a month, then stopped working. I used an alternative for a few weeks while it was still in my laptop bag, then discovered that it appeared to be working now. So I used it again for a month or two and it has now died, again. This product is completely unreliable and poor quality - avoid. I will be getting a refund for this.
