Totally yummy
This Laksa paste is great. A perfect base for the best soup I ever made which is saying a lot! I buy it two at a time. Totally yummy. Wish it came in bigger jars.

Worth Having in Your Pantry
It's nice to find an organic laksa paste. This won't be my go to but it's a fine product to keep in the pantry.

For us the ingredient list was the deciding factor to try. At the supermarket and local asian stores the ingredients are soy oil and sugar based, none of the depth of flavor this paste has. I cant speak to the authenticity, but I can say the flavor it adds to my foods is terrific and have already repurchased a few times. Just waiting for the 6 pack to return.

Great flavor
I bought this Laksa Paste on the merit of the ingredients, and especially because I prefer to avoid refined oils. This paste is great, it has an excellent flavor, a good amount of spice, so not much is needed. I'm very much enjoying it in a variety of dishes.

Not for me...
I am not one to leave a negative review but this particular product, for me, was not pleasant at all. It does not taste like any Laksa I've ever had or made before and again maybe this is just me, but I will not be using this again nor would I ever buy it again. It honestly has been probably one of the most unpleasant items I have tried in a long time. Of course everybody's tastes are different but for me this was a hard pass. I also noticed that the ingredients listed are not what is on the current ingredient label. This image is of the product that I received January 2021 (with an expiry of 07/23/2022)

Dont buy - not worth the price
If you are expecting a South Asian - Singapore style Laksa, dont buy this! The taste is far from it. Heed advice from other reviews. Product is expensive for a very small jar. I wont mind paying if it tasted anything like Laksa. Their customer service does not reply back to emails for feedback they requested.

I found the taste to be quite bland. The heat was there but flavor was lacking. Wouldn’t buy again.

More green curry than your typical Southeast Asian laksa.
This is not the Southeast Asian laksa. This seems to be green curry paste.

Does not taste anything like nonya laksa
Love that they do vegan and organic, however this paste nowhere taste anything like nonya laksa. Perhaps it is a Thai vegan interpetation of the dish.
