There's no miracle cure for blepharitis, but I used this a couple of times a day for a few days and my inflamed, red, flaky eyelid looked almost completely normal. Use a warm wet compress for 5 minutes before and/or after washing and it works even better. It has a bad chemical smell but since you rinse it off, it doesn't matter. It doesn't remove eye makeup at all and I can't seem to find eye makeup remover that doesn't sting and make my eyelids worse... :( But this stuff is great and I'll probably be using it forever since nothing else I've tried has worked.

Inaccurate Ingredient List!
I ordered this product based on the ingredient list since I have allergies to cocamide DEA. However when the product arrived, the ingredient list on the bottle was completely different from the list posted here on Amazon! Not only did the product contain my allergen, but it also contained artificial colors and parabens, which also were not listed on this site. Not at all the natural product this appears to be...I believe the ingredient list here is for a different product all together.So I was very disappointed and had to return the product, but of course grateful that I took the time to check the ingredients on the bottle before putting this anywhere near my eyes! People with allergies beware - this ingredient list isn't accurate. Hopefully Amazon will correct the problem soon. I've learned my lesson and now check with the manufacturer's website or contact manufacturers directly before ordering any products to put on my skin.

Stings, leaves lids feeling gritty.
The product stings intensely, it's hard to rinse out. When I do get it rinsed out my eyelids feel gritty. I have blepharitis and get much better results with baby shampoo lid scrubs for a lot less money.
