Phenoh 7.4 Alkaline Beverage Active Mixed Berry, 16.9 oz, Case of 12

I absolutely LOVE Phenoh 7.4! I am an triathlete, and I count on Phenoh for all my hydration needs when training and racing. It has a light, clean flavor (my favorite is the mixed berry), and it truly balances me. And now that I'm going through chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer, I love Phenoh for its restorative effects. When I'm feeling overheated or lousy (which is common these days), I drink a carton and immediately recover. I know they can't make official claims like that, but Phenoh is a miracle beverage for me.

I love this drink! I've been drinking one bottle every day for about a month now and notice a difference throughout the day. I feel very hydrated and refreshed. I would have to say Berry is my second favorite out of the three. Last week I noticed that Safeway carries Phenoh, so I was able to try the other two flavors Tropical and Melon.As for taste (make sure to drink chilled), they taste like:Melon - Honeydew / Watermelon (My favorite)Berry - GrapeTropical - Banana CoconutThis beverage is also a lifesaver when you are hung over. After a long night of partying/drinking, I drink a bottle of Phenoh in the morning and feel amazing after an hour.

Love love love this hydration beverage. I drank one daily every day before my big race (I'm a runner) and crushed my time goals even though it was a hot day on the course. I also had no dehydration headache after my race (which has never happened before!) Highly recommend this product to any athlete and it will surely be a pre-race hydration technique for me from now on.

Such a great product!! A lot of people are hesitant about Agave because it is a sweetener and it is fructose. However, if you are consuming fructose of anything, moderation is key. Especially if you are exercising, your body needs to be replenished and you need energy. This product only has 8 grams of sugar and gatorade has 34g. Gatorade also consists of dyes and chemicals that your body should not be digesting. Agave nectar actually aids regulation of rate of nutrition absorption and help suppress the discomfort of hunger. Great alternative to gatorade and coconut water! Has plentiful of electrolytes!! I feel amazing and refreshed when I drink this after my hikes and workouts. GO PHENOH!!!!!!!!

Love the taste & how refreshing it is. Keeping my body alkaline is very important & this product definitely helps.

It did everything as described

The packaging is pretty and informative. However, this flavor tasted worse than the green melon. Can't vouch for the hydration because couldn't finish the bottle. Don't waste your money.
