First of all, I have to say I'm impressed with the fact that it's actually made of stainless steel throughout the body, instead of the chapo plastic many of the big brands seem to be using.Second - OMG I have never had such a nice showering experience! Soap suds wash off quickly, my whole body is getting sluiced off in no time and it's WARM all over.I saw some concerns about the arm being a bit wobbly in some reviews. If that's the case, try doing up the allen wrench hole in the wall-end of the arm (it's a left-hand thread btw, so lefty-tighteny...) and then attaching it. Mine is completely stable and really usefully adjustable - a great device in and of itself.Bottom line - this is a superb purchase and worth every penny (and then some). For the record, I paid for the shower head myself, at full price, and have nothing to do with the company - this is is a true and honest account of my extremely positive experience with this product.

Purchased this for my wife as she has been complaining for quite some time about all her previous subparshower heads. First of all I was impressed with the quality. It came with two rolls of teflon tape, two washers,three filter washers (one in shower head and two extra), three extra replaceable silicone jets (nozzles), anda double sided wrench which is perfect for installation. Wow, nothing else to buy. Simple instructions areincluded if you're not handy. One hundred white silicone jets or nozzles (which seem to be replaceable)protrude from the 8" square chrome stainless steel shower head. The silicone nozzles can be cleaned bygently rubbing to remove lime and mineral deposits. My wife was absolutely thrilled with this product.Five stars for sure (more if it were possible). By the way, if there are any problems with this product theseller lists his Email address for immediate satisfaction. As a final note, there are no leaks or drips fromany joints. Great Shower Head. Excellence at last.

The installment was easy, the instructions weren't in Chinese or anything like that! All in ENGLISH.I took a pic. Of the shower head so you can see how big it really is, in comparison to my hand. My hand is the length of the baby wipes traveling size.Its very relaxing once you use it.

It was not as easy to install as I thought it would be. I was very confused about the direction of the shower head arm. It took me a while to figure it out because the instructions are not very clear, but after all the frustration installing it, I took the most amazing shower and it felt like a dream. I really enjoy my showers right now and I recommend this shower head very much!!

Product was made of excellent materials, with a good range of motion. Water comes out just as I had hoped and not like regular adjustable shower heads. The water covers your whole body. Love it and would buy it againTimes has passed since I wrote the above review. I have had the shower head for about a year now and there are no issues. No rust, no falling down (looseness), no leaks and no clogged nozzles.... still shines. Works treat. After almost a year, I can say that I would still buy it again.

First thing you want to do is remove your old 45° pipe that sticks out of your shower wall, especially if it is not higher than your head. What's the point of installing this if you can't take a shower standing straight up under it without bending over? I installed a diverter valve at the wall outlet so I could also have a hand nozzle available. Then I installed another extension arm I purchased separately in addition to the one that comes with this item so I could get the necessary height. You must secure this head to the ceiling of your shower because it is heavy and you will never be able to tighten all the joints enough to prevent it from conking you on the head. The torque is just too much. I used an old mini-blind bracket that I screwed into a drywall anchor bolt. Then I zip-tied the shower head to the bracket. It may not be the prettiest thing, but hey, it works. The shower head itself works perfectly with water coming out of each little plastic nozzle very evenly. They even include a few replacement nozzles if you ever can't unclog one in the future. Do not buy this if you want a forceful shower experience. This is like a gentle rain shower and very relaxing.

I received this product as an open box item and installed it the same day. Upon turning the shower on, the arm leaked at both joints, spraying out with force. I contacted the seller and they promptly sent a new arm, even though they did not have to. Fixed the shower and works great. good seller to work with.

Fabulous showerhead! I risked buying a rain style from Amazon for a bathroom remodel and good gracious is it fantastic! It looks like a two hundred doller head, stays in place, doesnt drip or drain, I cannot reccomend this one enough. I was doubtful at first; but now I'm in love. Very relaxing shower experience and guests have been asking if I can do their shower like mine! Very glad to have bought this, about to buy one for my other bathroom, and a few more to install for friends.
